Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping time.
Order Preparation Notice
At RIVI, many of our pieces are part of limited production runs and are sourced through a curated global network of manufacturing partners. This allows us to offer unique styles that are not mass-produced.
Because of this, some items may require additional preparation time before shipping. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, but fulfillment timelines may vary depending on current inventory availability and the fulfillment location.
We appreciate your patience as we prepare and ship your order.
Global Fulfillment
To provide a curated collection of styles, RIVI works with manufacturing and fulfillment partners around the world.
Our products may ship from factories located in:
- United States
- Australia
- Europe
- Asia
Orders may be fulfilled from any of these locations depending on inventory availability at the time of purchase.
Because of this global fulfillment system, shipping times may vary depending on where your item is shipped from.
While we always aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, international fulfillment may result in longer delivery times in some cases.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the fulfillment facility used.
Typical delivery estimates:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- International Orders: 7–18 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed.
Shipping carriers and customs processing may occasionally cause delays that are outside of our control.
By placing an order with RIVI, you acknowledge and accept that delivery times may vary due to our global fulfillment network.
Multiple Shipments
Because items may ship from different global fulfillment facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages.
If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking updates when available.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers
- customs clearance
- weather conditions
- global logistics disruptions
- incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
RIVI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, RIVI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
